Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges – Non Faulty Items

We hope that you are happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to return a product to us for whatever reason you may do so to:

There is no need to contact us prior to sending an item back, However we ask that you include the completed returns form which is available at the bottom of this page.

Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are in a saleable condition, not damaged, and in original packaging, within 30 days of receiving them. Exchanges and credit notes will be given up to 30 days. Please note when an item is exchanged, postage is paid for by the customer.

We will refund in full or replace items like for like, however if the goods are not received in a resalable condition we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund for any resulting loss in value.

Please click the link below to download a returns form. Complete the form and enclose within the goods being returned and your return will be processed within 3 working days of arrival to ALE Canine Solutions. Please be aware at busy times this processing time may be extended.

Returns & Replacements – Faulty Items

If for any reason you are not happy with any product purchased, products that become damaged in your opinion through defective materials, poor workmanship or during carriage should be notified immediately to ALE Canine Solutions Customer Service via email. It should be noted that due to the nature of the business and how the products are used there will be general wear and tear expected upon the products.

If you are still concerned then please email:info@alecaninesolutions.com photos of the damage, in most cases we can send a replacement without returning the faulty product. Where the items need to be inspected by ourselves or the manufacturer please include the completed returns form which is available at the bottom of this page at your own expense, once expected if the product is not repairable we will either replace or credit you according to your preference we will also credit the return postage cost at this point.

If we or the manufacturer observe the damage is within the accepted level of general wear and tear we reserve the right to refuse to replace or credit the product, we will be able to return the original item if you wish, however we will require payment towards the return postage.
